The donation amount for each Guardian is a minimum of $1000.00 and they must be received by the Meet & Greet date for your mission. Payment can be made through our online donation site, Zeffy, or by paying by check.
If want to pay by check, you can also send a check to the address below. Please make the check out to Idaho Honor Flight, Inc and put the name of the guardian in the memo line. All checks must be received before the Meet & Greet Date. You can bring it to the Meet & Greet as well. NO CASH.

PREFERRED METHOD: There are two ways to make this donation through Zeffy:
- You can make the full donation on your own by selecting the red “Donate” button and then selecting “To the general campaign” – once you see the amount screen, enter $1000.00 or more to donate. NOTE: After clicking continue, under summary you can choose to contribute any amount that will go to Zeffy. The default is 17.0%, you can use the drop down menu to select any amount (including $0) under “other”, towards the credit card fees. Once submitted, your donation will be processed and we will be notified and record it for your flight.
- You can create a fundraiser through this site with your own individual link to share with family and friends to raise the required amount of $1000.00 for your donation. When you create your campaign, you will click the white “Fundraise” button which will then prompt you to customize this area and your campaign name. All donations made through your link will be tallied and shown in real time. Once you have reached your goal, we will be notified. You will receive a notification each time someone donates to your campaign as well. PLEASE also remind your donors that there is an **OPTIONAL** processing fee associated with using the online reservation system.
We wanted to share exactly what your Guardian donation provides for the trip:
- Round-trip flight to and from Provo Airport
- Hotel lodging during the trip
- Bus transportation throughout the mission
- All meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as snacks and drinks each day
- Essential supplies and support materials needed to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey
